Dental Assistance Oklahoma? - oklahoma dental insurance
My mother has severe dental problems. It is really going to the dentist for deep cleaning and a further work needed, possibly with a few teeth pulled and get dentures or something.
However, my parents are really struggling now and they have no insurance. Is there a program or something for dental services for low-income families, how? Or what are your options?

Check and see if there is a dental school in your home, usually have cheaper rates because they are basically the practice for the students are. I'm not sure if the dental schools, but I've heard that other professions have something of the nature.
