I have 2 children with autism and many friends have their children on the GFCF diet. That's seems to be difficult. But I saw some of the symptoms that I think I want to go for a doctor to examine me.

You can do blood tests from your doctor and get an endoscopy later. Negative result is still possible to disappear with celiac disease and gluten-free and discover some of the symptoms. But tested with the purchase first. If your children eat GFCF is just as easy to eat the same food anyway.
